VECTIS Protocol Tokenomics
Every token feeds the fire.
A quarter of every fee-dollar the protocol earns — on every Vectis token, on every pair — flows into one treasury. Each time it crosses a target, the treasury buys VECTIS and holds it. Every buyback is on-chain and shows up here automatically.

Buybacks
No buybacks yet — the first fires when the treasury crosses its target.
How it works
- Every trade pays in. On every Vectis token, 3% of each buy is taken in the paired pToken: 2% to that token's holders, 0.75% to the protocol, and 0.25% to this treasury. It's written into the Locker and hook contracts and cannot be changed.
- The treasury climbs a ladder. Because it holds leveraged pTokens, its value rises with fees and with the markets it's long on. Each time it crosses the next target, a buyback fires — from fee flow or from a rally, whichever gets there first.
- Buy, and hold. At a target, the treasury's pTokens are swapped into VECTIS through the same pool everyone else trades. The VECTIS stays in the treasury: it appears as its own band on the chart and its own row above, and every buyback is linked to its transaction.
- The position compounds. VECTIS held here earns pHOOD3x like any other holder's, and those rewards flow straight back into the treasury for the next buyback. The treasury is capped by policy at a small slice of supply — it will never be the whale in the pool.
- Supply put to work. Bought-back VECTIS may be deployed for marketing, partnerships and liquidity — that's where a token is worth more than ash. When supply leaves, the balance above goes down; that's the process working, not a leak.
- The contracts burn on their own. Separately from the treasury, 3% of every sell is burned by the contract. Burned supply is excluded from payouts, so it permanently raises every holder's share — the "payout share lift" above.
- Team contributions are pTokens the team adds on top of fee flow. They're counted separately so the fee flywheel is always visible on its own.
