Who we are

vectis.family (the "Site") is operated by Lets Cook Win LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Vectis", "we"). The Site is an interface to smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain that let anyone create a token paired to an Arcus pToken and trade tokens created that way. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

The Site is an interface, not a counterparty

Every action you take — launching a token, buying, selling, claiming — is a transaction you sign with your own wallet and submit to a public blockchain. We do not hold your funds, cannot reverse transactions, and are not a party to any trade. The contracts are immutable: no one, including us, can pause them, change their fees, mint supply, or remove liquidity.

No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are speculative and may lose all of their value. pTokens are leveraged instruments issued by Arcus, a third party; they carry funding and rebalancing costs and Arcus can pause their transfers, which would pause trading and rewards for tokens paired to them. Prices, market caps and other figures shown on the Site are estimates derived from on-chain data and may be delayed or wrong.

Tokens launched by others

Anyone can launch a token through the contracts without our involvement or approval. A token appearing on the Site is not an endorsement. We may hide tokens from the Site's listings at our discretion; hiding a token does not affect the token or its contracts.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be legally able to use crypto-asset services where you live, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations. Do not use the Site if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and keys.

Fees

Launches pay a fixed fee to the protocol. Trades through the contracts carry the fees described on each token's page and in the FAQ; trades routed through the Site's swap interface additionally carry a 0.25% interface fee. All fees are set in the contracts and cannot be changed after deployment.

Availability and changes

The Site may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue the Site or these terms at any time; the contracts continue to operate regardless.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectis, its members and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or the contracts, including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, third-party protocols (Uniswap, Arcus, Robinhood Chain), wallet software, or market movements.
